At Harmonious Health, we understand the importance of empowerment and being proactive. This is why a major focus of our organisation is in offering you tools that you can use yourself, in your own time, at your own leisure. This enables you to own your healing, to be in control of it, and to direct it at a pace that suits you.
Two of these tools are Tai Ji and Qigong. Not only do we offer these powerful tools in our clinics, but also as classes so that everybody can come and benefit, regardless of whether they are presently receiving treatment or not.
All of our classes are taught publicly and privately. Newcomers to our public classes are always welcome – we always seem to have a steady stream of people who are interested in seeing for themselves the benefits of what these arts can offer people. Also, more and more businesses are also realizing the benefits of offering at-work classes such as Tai Ji or Qigong. A nice 30 minute class before work gets everybody into a positive frame of mind that helps improve everybody’s mood and productivity. Or what better way to finish the day with some relaxing movements that are designed to smooth away the rough, sharp edges of your stress?
